Innovative and ambitious production company with a successful record of accomplishments in the medical sphere is looking for a Sales Manager, B2B (international sales)

International Production Company provides competitive solutions of the highest quality and accuracy in the medical sphere. They develop, produce and implement a reliable and high-quality system of premium line products in its segment. The company is represented worldwide.

In order to extend sales and develop new markets as well as develop relationship with existing Clients Sales Manager will focus on the assigned region to generate new client leads and establishing a positive relationship with current Clients

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Search and attract new customers in a selected country or region
  • Work with various databases to research for potential customers
  • Implement cold calls, presentations, business correspondence
  • Negotiate, conclude contracts, control billing and product supply
  • Maintain all activities with clients in CRM
  • Participate and prepare for exhibitions, conferences
  • Monitor and improve clients satisfaction
  • Organize and control promotions activities to ensure sales increase
  • Fulfill sales targets


  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • Fluent in English
