Currently we’re looking to fill the position of Billing specialist in our finance department.

Your Competency Profile

  • Advanced Excel user (formulas, pivot tables)
  • English B2-C1 (Upper-Intermediate, Advanced)
  • High self-discipline, job autonomy, self-management
  • Responsibility, duty performance, punctuality, commitment to excellent tasks execution
  • Attention to detail, scrupulousness

Your Expected Outcomes

  • Timely reply to the customers' inquiries and providing the best possible client experience;
  • Adding the contract information into the billing database on a regular basis;
  • Create, claculate and send the invoices for VDR services to our clients;
  • Interaction with Sales, Support and Finance teams on different client issues and international VAT reporting;
  • Generating monthly reports of the company income.
