Your salary – from 640 EUR up to 1 000 EUR!

Join our young, stable and adventurous company on a journey to achieve impossible. Our constantly growing team is looking for a new colleague for the position of Customer Care Hero, a person who will communicate with our customers and try to help them with their questions and orders.

You’ll have a place to work in our Kyiv office in the city centre with few colleagues, but if you love your personal space and wish to work from home, also possibilities take sometimes home office!

Oh, and let us tell you something more about us. CHERNOBYLwel.come (as the name suggests) is a company which specializes in tours to Chernobyl and other adventure destinations. With 10 years of experience and more than 10 000 customers served, we’re one of the biggest players in the market. What you’ll be doing:

· Drinking coffee in our office :)

· Working with orders in our booking system

· Communicate with our clients

· Managing stuff - like booking tours, transport, checking details before tours...

· Regularly meetings where we will share feedback, ideas, issues, and inputs

· Processing incoming payments

· Helping improving customer experience

Requirements:

· Active team player with energy and drive :)

· Level of English required: B2 or C1 - other languages are welcome

· Customer orientation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Focus on details, analytical skills, determination to succeed
