Our client is a world leading international company that supplies the range of products like fittings for windows and doors, tools, extrusions and seals, security systems and much more.

Company would like to grow business operations in Ukraine increasing market share and sales volume, we are looking for a high caliber individual for the position of General Manager Ukraine.

As the most senior person in the country, the General Manager is to further accelerate the business locally through high performing sales team, developing and growing the business in line with corporate guidelines and strategies by planning and executing marketing and sales plans.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company growth strategy at Ukrainian market.
  • Set sales, distribution and executional KPIs& follow up with distributor sales team and merchandisers to ensure weekly KPIs are being met and the product availability and visibility are up to standards
  • Lead and develop the sales team
  • Manage marketing and supply chain teams
  • Develop & maintain the business relationship with distributors
  • Maintain good relation with distributors and communicate business plans and objectives with them
  • Constant monitoring and follow up to ensure that payments and other operation and logistics problems are timely resolved
  • Set & Control budgets
  • Evaluate the ROI for the spending and focusing on the efficiency
  • Direct communication and responsibility with / against the headquarters
  • Hire new employees within the Kiev Entity, also providing guidance as needed and approves training opportunities


  • A proven record of success in managing high professional teams in GM or Sales Director role
  • Sales experience within similar or related industry 5+years
  • A wide knowledge of the sector
  • Experience in B2B sales is an advantage
  • Excellent experience in the field of fittings for windows and doors
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to open doors to potential customers and build relationships fast
  • Fluent English, German would be a plus
  • An ability to search and find profitable business opportunities and expand the scope of activities
