- Manage office supplier and service relationships and contracts;
- Manage reception and cleaning services;
- Assist to Director, HR, Accountant, Travel Support and other departments;
- Providing employees with necessary equipment, supplies and services;
- Sending and receiving business correspondence as needed;
- Translations of corporate documents.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the US/European company;
- Experience in setting up office services, creating internal office procedures;
- Working experience with suppliers and contractors;
- Working knowledge of Ukrainian statutory documentation related to provision of services / purchasing function such as invoicing, VAT declarations, bills of lading, acts of completed services, etc.;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of English;
- PC literate (MS Office / Google Apps).
