Duties:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for MICE sales for the property reporting to Events Sales Director
  • Ensuring occupancy and events revenue development in accordance with the targets for the segment as per budget
  • Analysis of results of sales activities and action plans adjustment as required targeting maximizing revenue for MICE segment
  • MICE segment key accounts management
  • Proactive activities targeting new business leads generation and new accounts development
  • Hospitality market monitoring and trends analysis in targeting incremental revenue development for the segment
  • Reporting as per hotel and corporate policies
  • Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel and review competition


Requirements:

  • Higher education + additional education (Sales / Marketing)
  • Not less than 2 years’ experience in a proactive MICE sales position at hotel level in an international hotel chain
  • Experience of personal sales, own customer data base
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Opera, other hotel programs knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent English, other languages are an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Personal qualities: active, leadership skills, strategic thinking, high performance, energetic, positive attitude, target driven, high level of self-organization
