BMW Group Russia is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our creative, dynamic and passionate team!
As a Marketing Manager you will:
- Analyze the market and competitors in order to find additional sales potential;
- Monitor and assist in Dealer Marketing activities;
- Develop marketing & brand strategy including quarterly & annual marketing plan, detailed activity budgeting as well as related controlling tools / mechanism;
- Oversee all launch management projects (new model introductions) including related central reporting;
- Develop model launch campaigns, local brand impulses and quarterly tactical marketing & sales programs.
- Develop Media planning (above-the-line / digital) and effectively balance budget across all available communication channels.
- Develop and execute digital strategy / programs based on Web marketing, Search, Performance marketing, Mobile marketing, Community Marketing.
Required skills and competences:
- University degree, preferable in Business Administration, Economics and / or Brand Management;
- Minimum 5-7 years of managerial experience (preferably within a multinational company);
- Digital marketing experience;
- High level of brand & communication expertise in combination with strong commercial awareness;
- In depth working experience in either automotive, agency, consumer or luxury goods industry;
- Passion for cars / brands and willingness to engage with product related technical aspects;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Fluent English.
