SKF is looking for a Business development for Automatic Lubrication systems (LuSy) in Kazakhstan.

Main purpose of the role: To develop the business and support the growth of LuSy business in Kazakhstan based on the plan of the dedicated product.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales activities in Kazakhstan (full range of activities).
  • Customer visits in order to perform SKF LuSy products and services.
  • Plans and agrees with the Sales Manager the offer strategy and sales targets.
  • Collects the latest information about competitors from the Market.
  • Get and share knowledge about the offer within the company through presentations, training, workshops, conferences, information material, electronic media and other communication means.
  • Analyses customer needs to create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Plans and executes marketing communication and promotion of the offer to customers in coordination with other departments (to support segment strategy and key account strategy).
  • Plan and execute product launches within her/his area of responsibility.
  • Supports distributors at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences.
  • Solves any issues related to the offer (technical, delivery, logistic, quality etc.).
  • Sets the price list for the offer within the assigned country or region.
  • Gives feedback on customer needs and trends to product and service development stakeholders for future developments.

Requirement

  • High technical education as must (we expect that you understand hydraulics and mechanics).
  • English language: upper intermediate + (reading\writing\spoken), Russian.
  • Relevant working experience 3+ years (preferably 1 company maximum - not frequent change)
  • Good presentation skills (covering letter might be a good for it)
  • Readiness for frequent business trips
  • Non-smoking team
