We are looking for PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST to join our big international family.
- Calculates, keeps and follows salary, bonus, reward, overtime
- Calculates settlements for annual leaves, sick leaves and resigned persons.
- Prepares reports for HQ regarding staff.
- Arranges personnel documents in accordance with legal regulations
- Advises management on work related regulations
- Coordinates Labor relations with official bodies.
- University Degree
- English (both written & verbal) – intermediate level
- 2+ years of payroll administration experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices involving salaries, hourly, sales commission employees
- Team player
- Good planning and organization skills
- High sense of responsibility
