- Higher education (university degree);
- Business and additional professional (HR, recruitment, PR, marketing) education is a plus;
- Local IT market knowledge (technologies knowledge);
- Background at IT companies (outsourcing/outstaffing);
- Recruitment experience — at least 2 years.
- Designing, developing and maintaining of the recruitment process;
- Serve to Innovecs’ internal and external customers as a talent acquisition representative;
- Provide effective recruitment performance (in-time vacancies closure, internal customers’ satisfaction with Innovecs’ recruitment services;
- Provide in time reporting and market overview (when needed) to internal customers, Head of Talent Acquisition and other executives at managerial level and above;
