We are looking for HR Administration Specialist who will become part of our Human Resources team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Organize and control HR processes in accordance to local legislation requirements (on-boarding, leaves, etc.)
  • Close co-operation with HR administration Providers in Company`s foreign offices
  • Interact with Direct managers and Site managers regarding employees personal files issues
  • Act as trusted resource to managers and employees on a wide variety of human resources topics including policy interpretation, sick leaves and vacation,
  • HR projects as needed including, but not limited to, creating and recommending enhancements to HR processes
  • Budget management.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Wide set of HR-related skills
  • A minimum 5 years in HR, people management
  • Deep and profound knowledge of Ukrainian labor low
  • Experience with international HR administration issues will be a plus
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • HR systems development experience as plus
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent education and/or experience
  • HR Certification a plus
  • Upper-intermediate level of English as must.
