Our Client is one of the biggest health products manufacturers and distributors in Russian Federation. Currently, they are looking to add an HR Business Parnter to their team.


  • Be a strategic partner regionally and locally and drive HR initiatives and People agenda forward
  • Consistent approach to succession planning and organization development as well as resourcing
  • Offer consultative support and strategic input to your regional and local stakeholders
  • Manage and retain high performing individuals and identify development programs to address their individual needs
  • Evaluate and maintain the recruitment policies, procedures and technology; make recommendations for improvement and implement changes
  • Effectively manage internal relationships and external relationships with universities, search firms, agencies, and service providers
  • Work with hiring managers to evaluate staffing needs, develop job descriptions and requirements, and determine sourcing strategies
  • Identify, attract, and recruit the best talent for roles within the company
  • Pre-screen candidates and actively participate in the interview and selection process from start to finish for positions at all within the organization
  • Utilize information gathered from interviews and references to make and support hiring recommendations
  • Partner with business leaders and HR team to construct employment offers and extend offers
  • Communicate and follow up with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive well-managed experience throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Oversee tracking and recording of applicants and candidate recruiting activities, including interviews and candidate assessments
  • Oversee new-hire orientation process and ensure a well-organized, positive onboarding experience for new associates


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity and with strong exposure to strategic and consultative perspectives
  • Experience in managing HR change programs in global organizations and working in a matrix corporate environment appreciated
  • Professional with the ability to think outside of the box and look for win win solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with Senior Managers across the region
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent people and networking skills – must be able to positively interact with candidates and internal managers and associates, and have demonstrated success building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with managers and business leaders in an influential manner; comfortable interacting with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent judgment when assessing candidates and selecting the best talent for the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to effectively identify and prioritize the most critical tasks
  • A desire to continually improve processes and research and implement best practices
  • Exercises good judgment and maintains strict confidentiality
  • A team player with the ability and willingness to pitch in as needed in areas outside one’s own core expertise
