International FMCG company is looking Junior Trade Marketing Manager.
- Annual Trade Marketing visibility (POSM, POPM) & BTL campaigns planning in cooperation with Trade Marketing Manager;
- Budget planning in cooperation with Trade Marketing Manager & execution;
- HQ Global activities adaptation, activation plan development, presentation to all parties involved & execution;
- New products launch activities planning & execution;
- High season activities planning & execution incl. mall events, trade centers branding;
- Managing cross-functional special projects;
- Secure best in-class visibility standards in Trade by developing or adapting Global communication tools (POSM & POPM) & building P2P using shopper experience knowledge;
- Pre- & post evaluation of promo effectiveness & key learning analysis for further improvement;
- Regular trade visits including business trips to the cities of distribution;
- Cooperation with HQ;
- Handling reports & presentations on BTL activities, special events, etc.;
- Building effective day-to-day cooperation with Key Account, Sales team, Sales analyst & suppliers.
- Experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing in a foreign FMCG company, preferably luxury of at least 2 years;
- Successful BTL and TM projects implementation, experience in coordination of cross-functions activities;
- Marketing higher education;
- Fluent English both oral & written;
- Well organized & multitasking;
- Initiative & proactive approach;
- Result focused & opened for challenges;
- Strong presentation & communication skills, details accuracy, literary skills;
- Desire to grow professionally;
- MS Office experienced user.
