Our perfect candidate:

We’re looking for recent college grads and experienced SDRs that want to jump-start their career through enterprise sales and business development.

Did you know that 40 percent of S&P 500 CEOs come from sales & marketing backgrounds?

Have strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese? Come visit our Kyiv office!

Previous sales experience doesn’t hurt, but it isn’t a requirement (the majority of our team came directly from the dorm to our office!)

The Role:

  • Assist the research team in gathering information on prospects for our Fortune 500 client
  • Make research calls (30-40/day) into target markets in Latin America & Caribbean (LAC)
  • Use Spanish or Portuguese fluency to elicit sales intelligence data for the research team
  • Work with the researchers to identify new ways of getting local information in target markets
  • Communicate with the client our results, challenges and solutions on weekly calls and serve as the connection between the client and Leadware
  • Assist researchers on translation tasks (websites/listings/linkedin etc)

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (Best if both)
  • Candidate must have good written skills in one or both of above languages
  • Candidate must be able to communicate in english although being fluent is not a requirement
  • Outgoing personality that is comfortable calling on C-Level execs in Latin America & Caribbean
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn processes and systems/technologies like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),, HubSpot, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), etc.
  • Comfortable with technology (Gmail/Microsoft Office/Linkedin etc)
  • Ability to work schedule (full time; evening shift (2- 11 PM Kyiv Time)
