What you’ll do:
- Provide advanced technical support to partner Service provider and Customer Contact Center.
- Communicate with technical support team in HQ, support resolution of escalated issues.
- Provide analysis of product quality, failure rate and failure reasons.
- Supervise/perform translation of technical documentation from English to Russian.
- Conduct technical trainings.
- Support part forecasting for Service Provider warehouse.
- Perform technical inspections and audit for products, processes and warehouse at Service provider and Customer Contact Center.
- Prepare regular reports to local and HQ managers.
What you should have:
- Higher technical education, preferably in electronics or telecommunications.
- Knowledge of Internet and GSM telecommunication infrastructure, GSM phone architecture and technology, basics of phones operation systems and applications.
- At least 1-year experience in GSM phones support or service.
- Good communication skills.
- English upper intermediate level.
- Proficient PC user, Microsoft office and data analysis tools.
- Readiness for moderate level of biz.trips.
