Job purpose:

  • To develop SE business with Chinese EPCs by fully managing business model from detection of opportunity to closure of order
  • To manage Chinese EPC customer portfolio in order to maximize the business with them in a target segment in his assigned territory


  • To establish profound business relationship with various stakeholders involved in Zone - China business within the countries.
  • To detect opportunities in early stages - upstream at opportunity-hosting country, investors/financing institutes and downstream at Chinese EPCs
  • To build up and execute EPC- business plan together with Chinese EPC KAMs
  • To collaborate with Chinese EPC KAMs and NS sales based on projects sales strategy till closeout opportunity
  • To influence the prescription of opportunity specifications favoring Schneider’s share over competitors, while aligning with China team and local EU sales
  • To be familiar with project environment, customer specifications, government, regulation, codes, standards and their impacts on our business model
  • To establish and work with SE local team to influence end users, local investors, developers, financial institute to accomplish project objective
  • To be responsible for customer satisfaction of Chinese EPCs and their related EUs within the territory.
  • To support project cycle from detect quotation to contracts and collection.

    • Providing viable alternative value-engineered? solutions to meet customer needs
    • Contributing to the tendering process
  • Basic competencies:
    • Outstanding communication and lobbying skills;
    • Cross-culture working abilities: able to work and set successful business deals with customers with different cultures/behaviors;
    • Result-oriented;
    • Self-motivated;
    • Fluent Chinese, Good English , fluent Russian;
