Responsibilities :
  • Develop relationship with key customers – Tour operators and tour agencies (Dynamic Packaging and Leisure Portfolio)
  • Active search of new prospects
  • With CESE COMMERCIAL TEAM, manage and implement the Account Development Plan (ADP) for customers locally
  • Manage and implement ADPs for key customers in the portfolio
  • Acquisition, development and retention efforts
  • Identify new opportunities and propose solutions to improve key customer profitability and efficiency
  • Ensure that products for these customers are successfully introduced, sold and emplemented
  • Ensure successful and efficient delivery of specified projects and IT solutions
  • In co-operation with Solutions Expert, specify customer requirements
  • In co-operation with Solutions Expert, ensure the resolution of problems identified by customers and SLAs, KPIs, & customer satisfaction
  • Keep customer information up to date in CRM system
  • Represent Company Portfolio in customer events and industrial conferencies
  • In close cooperation with other ACO Ru CAM’s manage and implement Dynamic Packaging and Leisure Portfolio projects
  • To be single contact person on Dynamic Packaging and Leisure Portfolio projects for CESE commercial team
  • To be main person responsible for localization of dedicated central solutions and distribution of cruise and ferry content
  • To establish relationship with any other relevant providers for Dynamic Packaging, identify additional content providers should be integrated to the system (e.g. insurance, transfers, railways, etc.)
  • To be responsible for managing integration of such providers to Dynamic Packaging
  • To be responsible for identifying the opportunities not only within touroperators and travel agencies, but more widely – travel portals, probably airlines, pure OTAs, etc. and offer TravelTaiment portfolio and solutions
Requirements :
  • University Degree
  • Selling experience min 3 years in Tour operators industry with intensive use of IT
  • English and Russian language fluent level
  • IT knowledge functional level
  • PC skills: Power Point / Excel / CRM
  • Project Management
  • Account management
  • High level of knowledge of Online distribution of travel related services
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of GDS products and services is a plus
  • Solution selling (consultative selling)
