Требуемый опыт работы:
3–6 лет

• Working as part of account management team to support customer sales opportunities
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify needed actions
• Lead PSSRs (recruit, retain and develop the team; sales activities planning and follow up)
• Manage contract development, create customer commercial proposals
• Ensure the parts and components provided meet customer needs (specification and volume)
• Identify, analyze and drive resolution of customer issues (warranty and non-warranty) with account management

• Higher education
• The role will require you to have qualifications and proven successful experience with spare/wear parts, key account approach and sales background or attitude, namely
• Technical or sales background in oil&gas, mining, construction or other area related to spare parts
• Experience of 3-5 years at managerial positions, strong team-building skills
• Key account approach
• Ability to work with distributors or experience of working with or in distributor companies
• Fluent written and spoken English is a strong plus;
• Good communication and leading skills
• Readiness to business trips in Russia and abroad (up to 40%)
