  • Business trips organization for the department employees
  • Bill payment for department’s activities
  • Expenses reports preparation
  • Organization of meetings and activities
  • Preparation, execution and coordination of notary assurance
  • Maintain internal databases (PoA’s register, SOP’s register, ConTracks, BluePrint)
  • Coordination of scanning and downloading the documents to ConTracks database
  • Organization of external storage of archive documents
  • Special project management (evergreen contracts etc.)
  • Update Intranet portal of Legal department with current information
  • Organization of Legal department events etc.

Regional duties includes:

  • Maintain and fill in regional databases (e.g. Blueprint) with BODs decisions, Charter documents etc.
  • Help with preparation of presentations, review documents
  • Organization of Regional Legal department events
  • Maintain and Update Intranet portals of Legal departments with current information (in case in needed)


  • Higher education
  • Experience of working in administrative field from 1,5 years
  • English - not less than Upper-intermediate level
  • Advanced PC user - MS Office, databases
  • Good communication skills, attention to details
  • Ability to work in conditions of multitasking
