  • Greeting visitors to the company
  • Answering incoming calls, both nationally and internationally, managing the switchboard in an appropriate manner ensuring that any messages are recorded accurately
  • Receiving incoming post and distributing to staff accordingly
  • Meeting room reservation and coordination, ensuring relevant equipment is onsite, and organizing room layout
  • Organise and record all courier bookings in accordance with company policy, managing the related documentation (bulletins, proforma invoice, etc…)
  • Ensure that the Reception area is kept tidy and well presented at all times
  • General administrative support to executive assistants, when necessary
  • Support to Executives and Directors of the Company in the organization of business trips, pick-ups, note expenses, etc.
  • Cooperation with showroom sales associates in the organization of hospitality (refreshments, catering, etc..) for clients and partners
  • Organization of pick-ups and cooperation in booking hotels for internal and external people, when necessary
  • Manage and sort the incoming claims from clients through the info mail account
  • Support to the HR office in the preparation of the on boarding material and in the welcome of new team members (building tours, giving information, etc.)
  • Support to the HR office in managing the incoming emails through the recruiting account


  • Education: at least High School Degree
  • Experience: 1 year related work experience preferred
  • Languages: fluent English. Any other European language will be considered as a plus
  • Highly motivated, very flexible when priorities change, kindly, organized, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be passionate about the brand
