Our Client, Multinational FMCG Company, is looking for an Office Manager
- Bachelors/Master’s degree (preferred);
- Experience in the role of office administrator, office manager, administrative specialist, etc.;
- Service oriented;
- High accuracy in work with documents;
- Good communication skills;
- Multitask experience:
- Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English – Upper Intermediate;
- FMCG Multinational Enterprise experience is a plus;
- PC skills: MS Office; SAP;
- Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, listening and informing skills, customer focus.
- Office Administration (Services and Supplies): service suppliers control, placement in the office space, communication with BC, order furniture, office materials, products; control the condition of the offices condition and office equipment condition, etc.
- Car Fleet Administration: service, payments, repair, cooperation with supplier and users, car condition check, other.
- Administrative payments documents support: in-time document registration and prepare to payment, payment control and communication with suppliers, etc.
- Office warehouse control: in-time order of necessary materials and products, communication with outside warehouse, avoid out of stock, etc.
- Work with a team of drivers: organize working schedule of the drivers and correct workload.
- Admin requests control: responsible for receiving admin requests from associates, it-time respond and quality support
- Budget: spends control, looking for an options for spends optimization.
