PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Develop and manage strategies and corresponding marketing plans for the assigned brand(s) in the Area and to ensure implementation of approved plans, in order to support overall Marketing Strategy. Manage Toolbox co-development process, brand portfolio development and long term goal of leadership in the Russian market.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

MARKETING STRATEGY & PLAN:

• Propose a brand marketing strategy for the assigned brand

• Implement and support approved marketing plan

• Co-develop the marketing plans brand strategic initiatives

• Develop brand plan and tool box

• Participate in marketing community sessions

MARKET, COMPETITOR ANALYSIS AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT:

• Perform accurate and comprehensive intelligence analysis on consumers, competitors, trends and purchasing behaviour

• Provide input to relevant stakeholders on the stock build-up plans

CO-DEVELOPMENT OF BRAND LRP PIPELINE AND DEPLOYMENT:

• Support/take part in the "Lead/Scale Areas co-development process", helping to define the scope of work and key criteria

• Support and coordinate product, packaging and/or Toolbox development

• Participate/Support the development/improvement of product and packaging concept:

• Prepare the product brief and product concept

• Facilitate the activity plan and feasibility checks

• Prepare and provide support for the review and approval business case for product & packaging improvement & development

• Coordinate/provide support the production of Prototypes and Mock Ups

• Ensure and support the co-development process with Area/HQ partner(s) of Brand support Toolboxes and Deployment guidelines

• Toolboxes: Retail, RAP, Consumer Engagement (NTP, KA, HoReCa hostes drives, plug-ins)

• Communicate brand initiative (announcement, visibility at office space, etc.), approve with Legal / CA

LOCAL AGENCIES MANAGEMENT:

• Develop a constructive relationship with agencies and supplier to meet company standards

BUDGET AND MARKETING SPEND:

• Ensure control of all direct marketing expenses and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing activities for the assigned brand

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

• Staff the team with qualified candidates who best fit the defined Role Profile

• Manage employee integration to the company/department and follow up progress

• Manage the team by setting individual and group challenging objectives, reviewing and rewarding performance, providing timely feedback and following up the progress

• Build an effective team, encourage and promote teamwork and cooperation, support a climate for continuous improvement
