Main purpose of the function:
- To deploy the TV distribution presence in the assigned retail key accounts.
- Represent TP Vision and increase Philips brand visibility in retail chains within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain effective relations with key customers of TP Vision Eurasia.
- Work out respective product categories sales development strategy and implement key accounts cooperation plan.
- Ensure monthly / quarterly / annual sales plan of respective product categories fulfillment. Analyze information concerning changes in the market; undertake adequate corrective actions in order to reach the target.
- Ensure constant planning process corresponded to customers’ needs and guaranty respective product categories availability at all distribution levels.
- Ensure timely customers’ orders submission and control execution in agreed volume and due time.
- Opportunely solve issues related to the customers’ finance discipline, avoiding overdue cases.
- Develop customers’ Terms & Conditions for respective product categories, agree them with clients according to set timelines, timely correct and adapt T&C to the market situation.
- Participate in development and ensure implementation of agreed marketing and trade marketing activities in close cooperation with the customers in order to increase sales out.
- Create optimized portfolio of respective product categories for each customer; ensure constant availability level in retail and observance of the product retail price positioning recommendations.
- Increase Philips TV brand visibility in retail by all means of merchandising, optimization of display and shelf space; ensure fast and efficient distribution and placement of POS materials in customers’ outlets.
- Ensure regular coverage of key accounts’ stores by field force, control their activities and analyze reporting; conduct point of sales visits on a regular basis.
- Participate in organizing / conduct product trainings to clients’ floor staff.
- Support implementation of all service related issues of customers.
- Develop, update and maintain customers’ database; collect available market information about customers and competitors activities and plans; provide standard reports on a regular basis adhering to deadlines.
- Undertake other responsibilities and tasks related to the business interests of the Company.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advance Excel/ Powerpoint.
- Analytic skills.
