- Searching and identification of the potential customers;
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
- Full management and support of clients (Prepare presentations, proposals; negotiations, meetings, contract signing, resolving customer complaints);
- Active service delivery;
- Permanent and direct sales of training services;
- Maintaining administrative records of clients;
- Meeting sales targets and budgets;
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports
- Product knowledge
- Participating in marketing events
- Higher education preferably with major in Philology/Psychology/Marketing.
- Work experience in Sales area.
- Ability to communicate and to sale the service product (literate oral and written speech).
- Advanced level of English (writing and speaking), Kazakh language would be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPoint, Excel, Word) products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, quick learning skills.
- High level of responsibility, attentiveness, client-oriented approach.
