The Domestic Public Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day running and management of the Domestic Public Ticketing Team - providing and managing the Sales & Customer Service solution for dedicated Ticketing Projects. The Domestic Public Ticketing Team will primarily be responsible for managing domestic customer enquiries (e-mail, telephone and customer facing) and advising customers on Ticketing Policies and Regulations, however will also be expected to work with the Ticketing Operational team on other tasks in order to ensure the timely delivery of the Ticketing Project.
The Team: The Domestic Public Ticketing Team will consist of 7 Representatives who will report to the Domestic Public Team Leader. There will be an additional General Public team in the UK, consisting of the International General Public Ticketing Manager and 10 Representatives.
Standards / Requirements: External candidates must have a minimum of 2 years Managerial experience. Internal candidates without direct Managerial experience may be considered upon the provision and demonstration of the desired skills and competencies. They must be able to lead, organise and motivate their team in order to both comply with company standards, and achieve team objectives and targets. Candidates must also have the ability to deliver against key targets & timelines, and to create, monitor and manage their respective project plans.
All candidates must be self-motivated, organised, professional and conscientious, with administrative and clerical experience in a professional, fast paced environment. They must be customer focused with excellent telephone manners, possess good numeracy and problem solving skills, be able to work under pressure and demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours. The candidates must have knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and able to familiarise quickly with Ticketing applications and tools. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantageous.
The candidate will be required to manage multiple projects as well as have the ability to prioritise tasks. Organisational and time management skills are essential.
The candidate must demonstrate clear, concise and confident communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate using the written and verbal English language. The candidate must also be comfortable and confident when communicating with different levels of hierarchy (internally and externally), and in managing escalated issues and complaints. The Manager is required to be fluent in both Russian and English, with additional languages in French, Spanish and German being essential from a team perspective.
The employment agreement will be concluded for a fixed term based on the nature of the business and and will be executed in full compliance with the Russian Labour Law.
