The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key Disty, Reseller, SI and Retailer accounts (1st and 2nd Tier Partners), maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients;
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct and indirect sales channels;
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business;
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business within Samsung products and solutions;
- Responsible for sales on Audio-Video, Home Appliance, Telecom & IT Products in Disty and Retail channels;
- Act as the key interface between the customer and Company in Astanat Office;
- Accurate reporting in internal systems, direct reporting to the Head
- Previous experience in Account Management or B2B/B2C Sales and display an attitude that is key to success;
- Strong account management and relationship building skills;
- Strong knowledge of Astana Market;
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze the market conditions;
- Experience of managing major accounts;
- Highly self-motivated;
- English of upper-intermediate level would be an advantage.
