  • Development, implementation and supervision of annual marketing and research plans, budget and media strategies
  • Supervision, development and training of advertising, research, media and public relation agencies
  • Cooperation with European/Divisional functions within marketing area
  • Cooperation with other functions/employees within the country organization to exchange ideas/ensure synergies
  • Management/Training LSM Coordinates Team
  • Maintenance and support of all marketing procedures and polices – guarding proper brand development (insures proper use of McDonald’s trademarks, registered logos, producer’s license and product safety standards)
  • Provides strategic advice and guidance in all marketing areas to assure continued grow than protection of market share, including:
    • market trends analysis
    • customer preferences analysis
    • competition’s activities analysis and evaluation
    • internal business/sales data analysis and interpretation
    • pricing strategies analysis and creation
    • food strategy development
    • presentation of findings and recommendation of best solutions
  • Identifying and planning necessary research and market analysis, plan execution
  • Development of marketing/promotional programs to support sales plans, including:
    • designing marketing activity calendar
    • adapting regional promotions
    • Happy Meal programs calendar adaptation and execution
  • Initiating development and production of advertising materials such as POP, outdoor, TV, Digital communication, including:
    • ensuring high quality of developed materials
    • monitoring use of materials
    • analysis of effectiveness of used materials
  • Development and implementation of marketing related activities for new restaurant openings.
  • Performs all other marketing support functions as assigned by management


  • Education: university degree in Marketing, Business Management
  • Proven experience within Marketing/Research functions (minimum 5 years)
  • Knowledge of and experience dealing with marketing agencies
  • Computer Literate
  • English, Kazakh, Russian Fluency
  • Preference to be given to candidates with experience working in retail/service companies
  • Experience in digital communication would be an extra asset
