- ENGAGEMENT, CULTURE & TEAM EFFECTIVENESS - Develop and execute People Engagement plan;
- Ensure that basic team routines across the function are in place;
- TALENT MANAGEMENT/SUCCESION - Build and strengthen succession in Commercial Function. Lead People Development Forums;
- Develop and implement long term Talent plan for critical segments. Run Strategic Workforce Planning;
- PERFORMANACE MANAGEMENT- Educate line managers on performance standards and regularly monitor performance of Commercial function staff;
- ORGANISATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS- Find opportunities for improving productivity in collaboration with Commercial Capabilities;
- CAPABILITY- Set clear functional Capabilities and implement development plan together with Centre of Expertise;
- To support to implement Innovative ideas / successful best practices from other countries.
- Higher education;
- 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR management;
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in presenting to senior management;
- Fluency in oral and written Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
