- Higher education, additional business education in marketing/ management is an advantage;
- Experience of managing the sales Department;
- Concerts/conferences/banquets/events sales expirience necessarily;
- Experience in the hotel business / big mall or entertainment complex;
- Strong management and leadership skills, ability to work in team, developed communication skills, originality of thinking.
- Strategic planning and operational management of sales (hotel rooms, rental);
- Planning and implementation of measures for the promotion on the market;
- Control of all projects: terms, profitability;
- Improving the efficiency of processes affecting the profitability of projects and volume of sales;
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with main customers;
- Sales Department team building;
- Development, approval and control over budget execution.
- Registration by the labour code of the Russian Federation, paid vacation and sick list;
