We are looking for talented, goal-oriented, punctual, diligent, committed and decent person with desire and ability for self-learning as Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level quality support to our English-speaking customers.

Project: Sales of Counter-Strike skins (stickers) for weapons


  • Fluent or upper intermediate English (both spoken and written)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Customer oriented and enthusiastic

  • Quick thinking and creative

  • Stress resistance

  • Customer service skills and experience

  • Ability to work during night shifts ( support is provided 24/7)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Resolve basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via omni-channel support (emails, live chat)

  • Ensure customers' satisfaction

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with online casino, games industry, Forex
