  • Management of internal approval process of corporate contracts (regions: NA, LATAM, EURAFR, ME, APAC)
  • Potential leading of corporate approval process for a specific region
  • Validation of the deal’s level of profitability according to internal corporate process
  • Constant communication with global sales team and other departments, often at VP level
  • Control of incoming/outcoming email correspondence
  • Statistics preparation
  • Sales Pipeline status calls support (coordination of calls, tracking of meeting notes in English)
  • Organization of qualification calls (for VPs to determine “go/no go” decision re every Bid/Demo)
  • Providing support/trainings for the new comers
  • Managing of escalation questions


  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written forms in both English and Russian
  • Operational experience with the following packages: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook
  • Personal features: Responsible, stressful and multy-task oriented, accurate, efficient, motivated, communicative team player with analytical mind, strong organizing and leadership skills
  • Relevant university degree in Economics/Finance (graduation with honors as a plus)
  • Willingness to business trips
  • Additional certificates as a plus
