Our Client, Multinational FMCG Company, is looking for a Senior Buyer, indirect materials & services in logistics, warehousing.


  • University degree;
  • Purchasing experience in an international company;
  • Work experience in FMCG company is preferred;
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and autonomously in uncertain environment;
  • SAP knowledge;
  • English fluent speaker;

Job Description:

  • With aim to leverage local market knowledge and specifics, we are currently looking for Buyer position, who will be responsible for indirect materials and services in logistic, warehousing, MOR, capital projects and provide strong linkage to local market and allow to perform business needs & objectives.
  • People management – effective resource planning, priority and goals setting within category;
  • Tracking category KPI performance on regional level (cost & cash initiatives, timely projects launch, daily stakeholders’ requests etc);
  • Category annual planning => spend analysis, strategic sourcing, key focuses, targets;
  • Fix roles & responsibilities (R&Rs) and ways of working (WoW) within category clear for the team and stakeholders;
  • Build effective cooperation with internal stakeholder – Supply Chain department by providing effective solutions in timely manner;
  • Establish fruitful cooperation with suppliers, manage supplier relationships;
  • Perform market and offers evaluation through tenders and benchmark exercises as per Procurement policy;
  • Negotiations with external clients (suppliers, agencies, etc.);
  • Perform cost analysis, create and manage optimization initiatives in category;
  • Purchasing process optimization;
  • Projects coordination (NPDs, specification changes, supply chain initiatives support);
  • Lead purchasing part in cross-functional projects;
  • Contracts/annexes preparation and signing, considering legislation and tax requirements and aligning within the cross-functional team;
  • Procurement policy compliance, initiation and approval control of proper documents;
