Our client is the world’s leading specialty coatings and materials company opens a Position of Technical Sales & Service Representative (Coil Market) in their Moscow office.
- To contribute to the elaboration of the COEX sales strategy for Russia.
- To convert the strategy into yearly plans, budgets and action plans for the organisation.
- Support the Customer at every stage of the product industrialization
- Provide technical information and solutions
- Promote sales and new technologies
- Support the customer with problem solving and BPI tools.
- Work close to customer service team.
- Follow products performance in line trials and new customers start-up´s.
- Provide consistent Focus forecast update for Russian market.
- To maintain and further develop contacts with customers and make sure company meets their product and service requirements (technical service, order desk, logistics, etc.)
- To look for opportunities with new potential customers
- To deal with complaints, claims and other problems for the Russian market with the support of R&D and PM.
- Keep customer requirements & technical documents updated.
- Level of education: University degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering)
- Level of experience: preferably 3-5 years experience in COEX market
- Knowledge of COEX products.
- Fluency in English
- Customer orientation, negotiation skills
- Ability to work in team with rest of COEX organisation
- Decision making, problem solving attitude – potential for further grow in a technical/sales position
