As the member of the Performance measurement team you will be responsible for responding to the needs of local and regional stakeholders in the following ways; Manage CRM system (Salesforce), CRM user administration, complete basic configuration, manage and input in multiple content management systems, pull basic reporting and tracking sheets from formatted reporting tools. Manage task lists by collaborating with task owners and supporting administratively.
- System administrative support and users management
- Monthly and annual reports on commercial KPIs
- Trainings for new-comers and CRM champions certifications
- Training materials preparation and development
- New business processes introduction support and implementation
- Reports/Dashboards maintenance
- Proficient in learning new tools and systems;
- Experience of system administration;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Execution oriented – able to choose a path, and drive it to completion;
- Highly motivated self-starter;
- English - basic.
