Project implementation plan, project delivery and other related tasks belong to the projects

• Overall responsible for company projects delivery inside entrusted department. • Supervision of several divisions inside department: planning, support and implementation. • Planning projects plan including delivery, finance budgeting, risk management and revenue. • Fulfill implementation, usage and processes optimization of company ERP system. • Planning financial budget for new project implementation. • Supervision of projects over of Russia regions and Armenia. • Communication, meetings and reporting to different customers during projects life cycle.

• 2243+ sites over of Tajikistan maintenance service including Site Handover, Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, 556 pcs DG Refueling Service, Network Operation Center, Spare Parts management and Regulatory works. • Projects budget planning and cost management (HR, Vehicles, suppliers and e.t.c) • Implement resource synergy for the Maintenance projects of three operators to achieve optimal cost and higher delivery result. • Deployment of smart tools (OWS and OBD) for increasing maintenance service efficiency, quality and cost control. • Development of projects management reports for easy visualization and managing delivery processes. • Supervision of more than 149+ people involved in delivery KPI and SLA enhanced and got customer (Tcell) official recognition and premiums contracted after each year of delivery during 4th years. • Holding Risk Management activities to make smooth Transition of the Network, People, and Tools etc. • Experience sharing for the Project management and process management for the Project team. • Total Delivery Revenue: 10MUSD in synergy with three operators.

• 1000+ site over of Tajikistan maintenance service including Site Handover, Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, 550+ pcs DG Service. • Internal and external delivery processes management. • Implement resource synergy for the Maintenance projects of two operators to achieve higher delivery result. • More than 45+ people involved in delivery and supervised. • Conducting annual trainings for Huawei staff on corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, EHS and quality control. • Collection, completion and presentation of weekly, monthly and annual internal and customers reports (KPI’s analyze, Baseline analyze report, EHS report, Quality report and e.t.c)

• Responsible for Supervision of Hardware, software and monitoring system troubleshooting and debugging of MW, BTS (2G & 3G) and SDH equipment. • Transmission Radio frequency planning over 250 sites. • Maintenance, like software bug fixing, patch loading, software upgrades of Microwave equipment. • Hold trainings for subcontractor teams regarding MW equipment

• Over the 500 sites construction and modernization. • Responsible for microwave transmission planning of Almaty & Astana cities • Used tool Pathloss 4.0 & Google Earth; • Type of reports SAR, TSSR, Frequency permission application and Equipment handover ACT to customer; • Responsible for meeting customer requirements and satisfaction based on contract agreements. • Over 5 subcontractors management with transmission planning processes.

• Responsible for MW, SDH and BS equipment commissioning, upgrade and troubleshooting. • Commissioning of packet transmission on MW equipment for new sites. • MW equipment monitoring system maintenance and configuration. • Commissioning plan creation and implementation.

• Successfully finished the Scope of 400+ BTS and Microwave hop swap, 63 new sites construction and 13-backbone microwave hop installation in Khatlon & Panjakent regions. • Over four subcontractor’s telecom implementation process management. • Preparation of different type of reports: daily implementation plan, acceptance plan, cleanup plan, daily progress report and weekly progress report. • Subcontractors invoice management for Telecom Implementation from PAC till FAC.

• Responsible for BTS and MW equipment installation supervision and commissioning. • Preparation of Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR). • Overall assistance to Rollout Manager.

• Responsible for MSC (ZXJ10), HLR, BSC, BTS and Transmission equipment installation and troubleshooting. • Fixed CDMA terminals commissioning and maintenance. • Provide description and promotion of Tajiktelecom fixed and mobile terminals to subscribers. • Develop financial report on sale of fixed and mobile terminals. • Fiber optic line installation.
