Operation and Maintenance in CPF of Oil and Gaz Production Full Time- Day-Night Shift • Lead and supervise a team of operators group. Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team. Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward. • Operate and monitor production units and systems in the oil treatment plant under the guidance of Senior Operator and in accordance with standard operating instructions to ensure that production targets are met and that plant is operating efficiently, safely and economically. • Monitor control panels or on-site instruments in accordance with standard plant operating procedures and instructions, thus ensuring a continuous check on the efficient running of the plant and equipment in his assigned area. • Operate water injection under the guidance of Senior Operator. • Operate equipment and facilities in accordance EBS Operating and HSE standards along with instructions from our supervisors, take immediate action in case of any abnormal function, disturbance or alarm either by adjusting process parameters in accordance with standard operating procedures or by referring to Senior Operator. • Shut down the plant partially or totally in case of emergency, and start it up again in accordance with operating instructions or as Senior Operator. • Log operating incidents occurring during the shift for record and for counterpart on the next shift and discusses incidents with supervisor. • Lead fire-fighting operations in my area until taken over by high authority. • Monitors the performance of the mechanical systems • Support production installations with maintenance planning, delivery, and troubleshooting activities • Review and comment on supplier information and assist with specification and ordering of materials and equipment, and inspection and testing activities • Report any breaches of safety procedures to supervision/management • Actively participate and promote company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.
