About me

Having over 14 years of a broad experience in different functional areas in international companies (including sales, logistics, training & development, coaching) my primary focus for the last 7 years lays in marketing, PR and communication.

At this stage of my career I'm interested in focusing on Employer Branding. I would like to help companies to create loyal communities of employees through creating nurturing environment where various talents would thrive and empower business with new creative solutions. All this is possible when marketing approach is applied to learn about inner consumer - an employee - and to create a valuable proposition to convert work into a fulfilling life experience.

The companies I worked with operate in various sectors: media and communication, telecom, FMCG, and law. Among the brands I was responsible for their promotion are L’Oreal Group mass-market brands (L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier), The Edrington Group luxury whiskey brands (The Macallan, The Highland Park) and mass-market brands (The Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark), the brand of Astelit telecom company for business sector (Business life). For the last 5 years I have been developing myself as a B2B marketer primarily on the Ukrainian legal and security services markets. The list of law firms I worked with includes DLA Piper Ukraine, Kinstellar.

In 2016 I was invited by a group of lawyers to establish a new brand of law firm and make a sound launch to the market. On September 5th 2017 Evris law firm had its official launch and by the end of the year it occupied unprecedented 26th place among TOP-50 Ukrainian law firms. During the award ceremony PLS 2017 I was awarded as “The Best Anticrisis Manager on Legal Market” and Evris marketing team got into Golden league of Ukrainian legal market.

Education in management gives me understanding of processes and links in business. Strategic project-oriented thinking allows me to deal with challenging tasks with multiple objectives. My professional experience in PR and communication includes developing communication strategies, the full-fledged event management, writing press-releases and comments for media, digital communication, working with CRM-systems, media relations, sponsorship negotiations, creating internal communication campaigns, etc.

My primary selecting criteria for a company or organization that I will gladly join is the mission that drives all the business forces. Ethics of business, ethics of marketing, talent-centered approach and striving to be an assertive role model for Ukrainian market and international business practice is what differs a worthy company for me.
