Administrative assistant-translator
- Performing high-quality interpreting of meetings/work meetings/conversations/telephone conversations and other verbal communications.
- Performing written translations of Company documents from Russian into English and from English into Russian, meeting the required deadlines and maintaining the quality of the translation.
- Ensuring accurate compliance of translations with the lexical, stylistic, and semantic content of the originals.
- To work on improvement of concepts, definitions, unification of terms on the subject of translations of the concentrator and structural division.
- Draw up, coordinate and supervise the approval of various forms, such as: truck permit forms, Departure Permit Forms, Visitor Permit Forms, employee selection authorization forms, employee condition change applications, training applications, preparation of orders, instructions in the electronic document management system.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing business trips, advance reports.
- Meet visitors and provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Liaise with contracting companies and related departments to resolve issues identified by supervisor and not requiring direct supervisor involvement.
- Maintain control of documentation sent for management approval or processing, have representation and location of required documents and responsible persons for documentation, and track preparation of responses by responsible employees.
- Receive/record and send outgoing mail through postal or courier service, prepare correspondence for mailing (complete courier service forms and delivery notes, seal documentation in envelopes).
- Supervise the timely submission of applications and forms from supervised area employees, temporary disability certificates, and other documents confirming their absence from work to the Personnel Administration Department.
- Systematically make changes to the timesheets for employees related to absences, going to work on weekends, business trips, engaging in training, temporarily shifting shift schedules and shifts, suspensions, etc.
- Provide timesheets signed by the responsible individuals to the HRA Department by the end of the reporting period.
- Provide orders, orders, instructions, regulations, memos, and other information from the HRA Department to supervised employees in a timely manner.
