Work in projects to assist communities and institutions in restoring / repairing buildings and structures, water supply and sewage systems, ensuring access to safe water, improving sanitation and improving access to a safe learning environment for children. Responsibilities: - assessment of the needs and volume of repairing/reconstruction works; - creating technical specifications, bills of quantities, preliminary program and budget guidelines; - creating detail realization plans and project monitoring; - consulting and support of the Beneficiary during all the stages of the project; - coordinating the actions of Beneficiaries, the Investor, the design contractor and the work performer; - partnership development between the organization and local authorities and other NGOs under project realization; - conducting regular field trips to the sites to ensure quality of works, keeping to national regulations and standards, safety procedures and consulting. - day to day result monitoring, making a weekly plan and a weekly report to the project manager.

Responsibilities: - carrying out on-site field supervision of construction; - timely problem solving regarding design and project documentation that arose during construction; - performance control of building and installation work against design and detailed documentation and norms and specifications demands; - check on compliance of quality of construction and installation work and installation of technical and other types of equipment; - safety monitoring of building constructions and pipelines and networks; - taking part in act signing of witness point of concealed work and interim acceptance certificate; - inspection of operating and maintenance documentation under project commissioning. Participation in construction: 2014 – 2015 JSC «Anharsk Petrochemical Company» – «Sulphur recovery unit», «Hydrogen Production Unit»; 2016 – 2017 LLC «Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant» – «Isomerization unit»; 2017 JSC «Ryazan Oil Refining Company» – «Reconstruction of diesel fuel hydrotreater unit»; 2018 LLC «Gas Processing Company» - «Integrated gas treatment unit capacity 40 000 m3 / hour in the field Kozhasai in the Aktobe region ».

- operating control of corporate support functions and their result monitoring; - engagement in development and control of project documentation on the part of corporate customer; - leading the process of expert evaluation and project documentation approval from appropriate public authorities; - work with appropriate public authorities in order to receive building and constructions permits, technical conditions for utility tie-in, permits for works of major hazard and other permits; - work supervision of installation of production lines and equipment, pre-commissioning activities; - developing technology regulations, job-related instruction and norms and specifications; - developing production time-lines, raw product, material and energy rate of use; - performance control of different business units and their work plan.
