Key Accountabilities:

Support the Company’s employer brand strategy to ensure alignment with the corporate and consumer brand strategy;

Working collaboratively with internal staff and external providers to maximize employer brand capability across the organization;

Managing JTI Campus project;
-
Developing and implementation an employer brand communications strategy to ensure employee engagement leads to positive behaviors which built employee and customer engagement, loyalty and advocacy;

Managing and developing Trainee Program – hire, attract and retain trainees;
-
Working collaboratively with web-sites and social medias in order to build employer brand equity;
-
Managing contractual agreements, obligations and accounts with external providers;
-
Developing and implementing “Career days” project;
-
Conducting research to ensure alignment between employee and company needs and develop strategies to close any gaps;
-
Communication texts preparation.
Formal Requirements:
-
Higher Education (Master or Bachelor Degree);
-
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR (branding/recruitment role) or Communication/ Marketing Function;
-
Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian;
-
Previous social activities or membership in youth organizations will be an advantage;

Excellent PC skills (Power Point and Excel advanced);

Excellent communication skills;

Excellent networking skills;

Friendly personality with natural interest in other people;

Ability to work with several tasks & projects effectively;

Ability to make timely decisions even under condition of uncertainty or certain risk.
