Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- managing the hotel sales function to drive market share growth
- implementing and overseeing compliance to Sales policies and procedures;
- overseeing and directing all aspects of the Sales and Marketing area;
- overseeing and assisting with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan;
- managing of the sales and marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan;
- analyzing current and potential markets/trends, coordinating all activities to maintain and increase revenue;
- creating and implementing special programs to achieve greater productivity.
Requirements:
- work experience from 3 years in managing sales activities at international hotel;
- experience in implementing strategies, policies and procedures;
- fluent Russian and English.
