We search for Department Manager with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

• Bachelor degree Computer Science or similar
• Business education (Desirable)

Specialized knowledge:

• Understanding of software development company functioning
• Understanding of CMMI processes and agile methodologies
• Understanding of IT industry trends
• General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design (Desirable)
• Understanding of differences between commonly used software architectures (Desirable)
• Understanding of basic revenue models, profit/loss, and cost-to-completion projections.
• Understanding of project pricing model and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in using Project Management tools

Skills & Abilities:

• English upper intermediate level or higher
