Responsibilities: - Achieves top line target and maximizes returns on investments in Key Accounts
- Builds an effective partnership with distributors
- Creates an integrated framework for data analysis, performance review and channels feedback
- Delivers brand portfolio strategy to consolidate market leadership
- Establishes preferred - status relationship and negotiates directly with Key Accounts
- Formulates Key Accounts marketing programs and merchandising standard and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role with direct reportees of Key Account personnels or minimum 4 years as a Key Account Manager in blue-chip FMCG organizations
- Higly self - motivated and be able to motivate others
- Great supervision skills
- Good knowledge in English
- MBA has an advantage
