Manager of Compensations, Benefits and Staff Planning
Requirements:
- Higher economic/financial education;
- Professional knowledge and experience in the maintenance budget +2 years;
- PC user: excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and other MS Office applications;
- Ability to work with large amount of information;
- Experience in international companies with a headcount from 1000 people in economic planning, or C&B divisions is a plus;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, analytical skills, team-player;
- The ability to simultaneously maintain several disparate multi-step problems;
- Fluent English is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Development and improvement of budget for personnel planning and control procedure;
- Defining structures, types and sizes of personnel costs, calculations methods of personnel costs for the next year;
- Collection and consolidation of the plans concerning staff quality and quantity for the next year;
- Personnel cost/budget forecast preparation;
- Reports preparation on personnel budget execution;
- Processing requests on opening and filling in of a new vacancies according to a approved budget;
- Adjustments of existing levels of remuneration;
- Planning staff: calculation of the optimum number for the units;
- Preparation of materials for participation in the Salary Surveys;
- Analysis of a Salary Surveys results, preparing of analytical materials in order to present offers on existing payment rates adjustment;
- Reporting (internal reporting according requests, external reporting to regulatory bodies).
