Customer Service Representative
 
Role: The Customer Service Representative will coordinate demand planning activities and provide customer service, in line with business objectives and respect of DuPont's Core Values.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate the supply process from DuPont to the Customers
  • Handling contracts with Customers
  • Regular negotiate with customers  by phone
  • Coordinate the order fulfillment process
  • Checking products' availability on WH
  • Provide customers with necessary docs in time and return of docs from customers
  • Complaint handling/reporting
  • Provide logistics support to Customers
  • Regular follow up actual sales and sales estimate for Russia
 
Key Requirements:
  • Higher education
  • At least 1 year of CSR experience
  • Computer skills
  • SAP knowledge as a plus
  • Interpersonal / communication and negotiation skills
  • Self development/active learner
  • Excellent English is a must (oral and written communications)
  • Planning /organising skills
  • Result-oriented
