Business Development Representative, Azerbaijan, Baku

Description:

• To support its business growth in Eastern Europe, DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers is seeking a Business Development representative to lead and manage the business growth in road construction segments.

Activities include:

• To create opportunities and generate sales for the road construction segment of DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers business
• To establish close connection with the road construction specifier, influencers, and road construction material blenders
• To follow up projects, provide technical consulting and and create new business
• To work closely with distributors and state owned bodies

Qualifications:

• Engineering University background, preferably Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong sales skills and proven track record
• Experience in paving and  road construction markets
• Preferably, experience in the polymer market
• Language skills in English, Russian, and Azeri
• Ability to build trusting relationships externally and internally
• Self drive and self starter, not waiting for instructions
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possibility to work home-based
