Description
To support his business growth in Eastern Europe, DuPont is seeking a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for sales and promotion of DuPont solutions made in the Azerbaijan market.
The position will focus on business development activities on Oil&Gas, Construction, Food and other sectors in which DuPont operates.
Activities include:
- To identify and develop market opportunities appropriate to DuPont’s products and services
- To create opportunities and generate sales
- Managing local distributors and manufacturers: setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability through sales forecasting and delivery planning, focusing distributor’s sales force onto DuPont product range, conducting product training for distributors and manufacturers;
- Developing and managing new distribution networks;
- Providing a link between end users and the distributors/ manufacturers;
- Facilitating product promotion, customer loyalty and incentive programs (CRM);
- Market and value chain assessment, including validation of market size, segmentation, trends, legislation;
- Understanding and mapping of the value chain, including end users, distributors and garment manufacturers, industry influencers and decision making processes;
- To establish and develop effective relationships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken Azeri, Russian and English
- University degree in an Engineering or Business administration discipline
- Preferably experience and established contacts in O&G, Construction, or Food industries in Azerbaijan
- A strong commitment to achieving results
- A strong commitment to total quality in every aspect of the business
- Able to work effectively without close management supervision
- Self drive and self starter, not waiting for instructions
