Responsibilities: - Coordinating recruiting and staffing logistics, recruitment for openings in the central office.
- Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping.
- Administration of recruitment budget.
- Conducting induction meetings for new hires.
- Assisting with employee relations.
- Company employee communication.
- Maintaining performance management and improvement tracking systems.
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
- Prepare and submit internal reports on timely basis.
Requirements: - Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, Power Point in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Fluent English.
- A Bachelor Degree is required.
- One to two years of general business experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to gather and analyze information skilfully.
- Willingness to learn new.
