Main Duties: - to investigate the necessity of personnel development,
- to make a plan of getting trainings by all local staff,
- to work out and to deliver soft trainings,
- to control training programs proposed by the providers,
- to provide the assessment of development and training results,
- to assist employees in setting development goals during Performance Appraisal,
- to track on-line training by all the employees and to take full responsibility for everybody’s status,
- to work closely with Head-Quarters in order to provide consistency with Global Policy.
Requirements: - higher education, HR training courses,
- 2+ years experience in sphere of personnel development,
- PC skills,
- good oral and written English,
- perfect people communication and interpersonal skills,
- creativity, managerial skills, presentation skills, independence in work, accurateness, reliability, responsibility, team spirit.
