Description:



  • To support the business growth in Eastern Europe, DuPont is looking for a Corporate Sales and Marketing Leader who will be based in Kazakhstan. He or she will be part of Regional Sales and Marketing team and will closely co-operate with Business Units across the company, which are interested in offering their products and services in Kazakhstan. The responsibility may be extended to the CCA region on  a case by case manner.
  • The position will focus on business development activities on Rail, Oil&Gas, Construction, Food and other sectors in which DuPont operates.

 

Overall objectives of this position will be:

  • Help develop and fine-tune a strategy for Kazakhstan
  • To identify and develop market opportunities appropriate to DuPont’s products and services
  • To establish and develop effective relationships with potential clients
  • To create package solutions for potential and existing clients
  • To conduct cross-industry and cross-business unit market studies and build business cases

In respect of the candidate profile:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Kazakh, Russian and English
  • University degree in an engineering or business administration discipline - Postgraduate qualification, such as an MBA, would be a benefit
  • Preferably 5-12 years experience  and established contacts in Construction, Oil&Gas or Rail industries in Kazakstan and other CCA countries
  • Previous experience of working in a Western firm is a must
  • Preferably, experience in leading teams
  • A strong commitment to achieving results
  • A strong commitment to total quality in every aspect of the business
  • Able to work effectively without close management supervision
  • Energetic with a highly developed entrepreneurial approach to business challenges
  • Strong degree of self reliance and well developed influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent range of skills as a communicator both in the spoken and written word
  • High personal integrity with a clear commitment to ethical business practices
